INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S CONFERENCE

~JUST BE~

THE SECRETS OF MIND & CONSCIOUSNESS

14-16 February 2025

February 2025 will see another extraordinary International Women’s Conference (IWC) – the 10th one.  It will happen in the Art of Living International Ashram in Bangalore, India.

“Every conference has had its own theme”, says Bhanumathi Narasimhan, Chairperson of IWC. The theme for the 2025 conference is… “Just Be – The Secrets of Mind and Consciousness”.

“Life is a mystical journey” she adds, “And at this Conference, you will foster relationships that will last the rest of your life’s journey.”

The Art of Living, who hosts the conference, and its founder, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, believes in a two-tiered approach for empowerment. “Before we can heal the world,” he reminds us, “We must first heal ourselves. By developing our own spiritual, emotional, and mental wellness, we become the most effective version of ourselves, and can spread and amplify our messages to our community and the wider world in a more meaningful way. By working on ourselves, we are contributing to the healing of all of humanity.”

“The role of women in the development of society is of utmost importance. In fact, it is the only thing that determines whether a society is strong and harmonious, or otherwise. Women are the backbone of society.”

– Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar,

Founder, The Art of Living
